A bit disappointed - these shoes were much higher than I expected. It is indeed a 4 inch heel! The comfort was not there for me and they were a bit wide for my average/narrow foot. They have zipper closer on the inside and the zipper pulls on the large size and kind of got on the way of each other. I had to return them to search for something slightly more practical for the harsh Nebraska winter! Got to love Logohoo though! Lifetime supporter!
