Beautiful shoe - The shoe looks well-made to me, I didn't spot any glue or poor craftsmanship like the other reviewer. These are true to size, and actually quite comfortable considering the heel height. These are my wedding day shoes, and I believe I'll be able to wear them all night without a problem, and the purple color is really what makes them special.

Beautiful shoe - I love this shoe - got it in blue and going back for the black. I took previous reviewers advice and wore the shoe for short periods until it was broken in and have since worn it walking around all day and I haven't had any trouble with the buckle - buckle really makes the shoe look great - worth it!

Beautiful shoe. I got them about a month ago and I have worn them about 3 times since. What is likable about this shoe is the fact that there are adjustable buckles that adjust for days when your feet are swollen. That's the good part, but with that being said, the bad part is that the buckles kind of pinch the sides of your foot with prolonged wear. Other than that, the height of the heel and the size of the heel are great. It is a thicker heel which lets one wear them for a longer time without discomfort. So I guess if you were to add the pros and cons, you get a beautiful summer sandal that's great with long or short skirts or even shorts. Not pants, you really should show these shoes off.

Beautiful - I love this shoe. It can be worn with a dress for a dressy look or with pants or capris for a more casual look. I did have to reorder it in a half size bigger as it tends to run smaller.

Beautiful, well made shoe. Great support and style! But I ordered a size smaller, and it was really too small, tight toebox. The strap left 1/2 inch of the grabby part of the velcro exposed, because it was too short (I also have a high arch). I will order in my regular size now!

Beautiful Looking... (sigh) It is really difficult to find a heel under 3 inches that does not make me look dowdy. I thought I finally found the perfect black dress shoes with this pair-- and if they were perfect, then the $300 price was (gulp) worth it. They look incredible in person, but when I tried them on; I found the non-adjustable strap that goes across the ankle to be far, far too tight. Maybe others won't have this problem if you have really dainty, tiny feet and ankles. The heel was a breeze to walk in. I normally wear a size 9 and ordered as such and it was a perfect fit, toe to heel wise. But the strap hurt and cut so much in just the few minutes I tried them on for, I felt I had to return them. It's far too much money for me to keep a less than perfect shoe. :(

Beautiful, versatile shoe. This shoe is beautiful. Very pointy toe! I ordered two styles of the J. Renee shoes, both in size 5. Unfortunately, I will have to return it as it is at least 1/2 larger than a 5 and larger than the other shoe by the same maker. Heels are the same height so I don't think it's that my foot is pushed further.

Beautiful, but too NARROW for my son's wide feet - If your kid has narrow feet, get these! Very well-constructed, gorgeous. Unfortunately, these shoes didn't fit my son's wide feet. I'm not sure if they're narrow, or just an average width, as we usually buy wide shoes, but we thought we could go with these because of the adjustable straps. Too bad that the straps are too short to accommodate wide feet, and the footbed isn't wide enough either. You would think with velcro straps on the front and back, it should take any width. But I wouldn't recommend them to any kid with wider feet.

Beautiful but the front part is a bit narrow - Those shoes are gorgeous and comfy as slippers. But my feet (slightly web shaped) were a bit wide for the front part and my pinky toe looks a little as if it was going to fall out of the shoe.

Beautiful shoe-but toe pain - This Dansko shoe definitely is pretty and looks good for work or dress, as opposed to their clogs that I wear everyday for comfort. I think you need to have a narrowish foot as my 13 year old has absolutely no toe pain, when she tried them on (and is begging for them in a 40) where my toes slide forward and my big toe hurts a bit, should be wider up front. The next size up had too much of a gap in the back where my foot slipped when I walked and my teenagers said that they looked too big in the back. The elastic is very comfortable. I had more toe pain from my foot sliding forward in the other two Dansko styles the Noleen and the Tara, though if your foot is narrow, you would enjoy them as well.

Beautiful shoe, but very narrow - This shoe is so elegant looking. However, it runs very very narrow. I bought a wide even though I never buy a wide shoe and still had to try to stretch it. I kept the shoe because I like the look so well, but they are not comfortable in width.

Based on the reviews, I got a half size larger, thank God. But still, they felt tight and they dug into my ankle bones. The bottom is pretty rigid. They hurt pretty much as soon as I put them on. They look just OK on. Also, I have a thin to average width foot and these felt tight. I am returning.

Barabara is great! This is my second pair of Barabara (I already have brown wanted another pair in black) and my fourth pair of MBT's. I find that I have to buy a full size larger in their shoes than I am used to purchasing, but they fit me well even though I normally have to order a narrow width. For the first time in my life my feet don't hurt...enough said.

Ballerina-style flats and pumps have been almost impossible for me to be comfortable in. In the past, if they didn't slop at the heel, they hurt me in the toes. I ordered these on a whim, expecting disappointment, and surprise, they fit. I think I'm going to have happy toes this holiday season, without looking completely like the grandma that I am. I ordered the Rollstrass and these in a 7M; the Smash worked, the Rollstrass was too short, and pinched my toes badly. Normally, I wear either a 7 or7 1/2, if that helps anyone decide what size to order.

Bad Feet? Having a condition of nerve pain at the ball of the feet, my doctor demanded I only buy shoes with no-flex in the sole. This sandal was a perfect selection for my problem. AWESOME! These shoes, in the blue, are gorgeous and were so comfortable when I put them on the first time that I almost did not take them off.
