Big Disappointment - Logohoo, as usual, is superb on customer service. No complaints there. The problem is that while I really like the look of these shoes, they're extremely uncomfortable. The fit was good, if a little too roomy, but I kept them thinking they'd break in. Nearly 9 months latter, they still haven't broken in and I hate wearing them. Another big problem is they won't stay tied for long for some reason for me and I'm always having to relace them which gets annoying. The prior NB shoes I had were the best I'd ever owned, and I went back to them despite them losing some comfort simply due to flattening out on the insole due to several years of wear. Still preferable than these monsters.
